taking a short break at work...

last night my coworker from Stafford, Amanda, and I met for happy hour martinis. They were yummy--chocolate raspberry!! Mmmm. And it was nice to take a break and chat for a while. And Lindsay (aka Karen) met us too, so it was nice to have some overdue girl talk.

Steven picked me up from the lounge at 1030 since my head was spinning too much to drive home. And we went to my house and were doing good, until just a teeeny comment from him made me snap, and I realized how overtired and stressed I was. Something small turns into something bigger and we talked and I decided I really am just tired and stressed. He told me I should "slow down" and I was like "HOW?!" The two paying jobs I have, I need, and I can hardly make ends meet with that! And then school and the Community Center are requirements and I'm not even putting as much time in at the Comm Center as I should be. So what do I cut out? Him? haha... prob not? So it ends up being sleep. Ick.

Then when we finally were done talking and ready for bed, I couldn't fall asleep even though I was dead tired. And then I woke up bc i got a bloody nose--and he was wide awake, too. Then we had to leave my house at 635am to get my car before I had to go babysit. We both probably slept two whole hours....

And like I said, now I'm at work. And I'm wearing a tank top, t-shirt, turtleneck sweater, uggs, fleece and im freeeezing!!! Which is not a good sign .... sickness/migrane approaching quickly?!

Thank goodness it's FRIDAY!!!! work til 315, Comm Center til 8-9ish. Then CRASHHHHH into my lovely bed and put on some One Tree Hill DVDs. Man... is it 9 yet?
