i am sooo busy!! there isnt enough time in the day. and honestly, i feel like im always saying that, but there has never been a time in my life when its been more true! and ive been drinking a lot of teas lately, which has made me feel much better than when i drink coffee. if i drink tea throughout the day, it makes me feel energized and refreshed and makes my body feel good. and then de-caff tea at night to help me de-congest (from sickness AND from my day!). so i feel like im always running around, crazy, and i have to make sure i stay really organized or things fall apart....

this morning, my alarm went off for an hour before i got up. i woke up to my phone ringing and my alarm going off, and knew that Chris was calling to see where the hell i was :( i was supposed to babysit at 7 this morning and didnt get there until 745! i feel just awful!! Susan was awake then when i got here because Chris had to leave for work, and the reason they pay me to be there is so that Susan can sleep after coming off of a night shift. This isnt the first time ive been late like this, and i feel sooo bad!....

..but i think i just run my body down soo much during the week and im more tired than i even realize. a couple days ago Betsy came in my room and woke me up because she heard that my alarm had been going off for a while. soo, i either need to start cutting things out of my days and get more rest (which seems next to impossible..), or get a different alarm clock! but when i dont stay organized, everything starts spinning out of control and its hard to get things back on track. ugh...

BUT ANYWAY, im really excited for tomorrow!! im going to a wedding with Steven in Brookfield, yay!! :) im a little nervous, but really excited! meeting his family and everything, big step! haha...but things with us are good :) thanks for your support and encouragement with this--i havent really dated anyone since "the asshole we dare not name", and when i met Steven i wasnt ready for a relationship, but things are falling into place nicely :)hes coming to Bob and Nancy's with me in a couple weeks, so my family will finally meet him, yay!!

lets seee what else... im nervous for the election. so please tell everyone you know to vote!! GO BARACK!

oh yeaa..Community Center. i have a hard time disciplining kids, and standing my ground with punishments. and ive been doing a lot of this lately with the kids--there were a few big ones this past week. but i know this is how i form relationships with them and how i earn respect. ive just been feeling bad, like "am i doing this right?!" and my supervisor and the other staff are watching me, but i never hear feedback and i always wonder what they're thinking. so yesterday i called my supervisor and told him what i was feeling and he said i was doing really well (phew..) he said even some staff dont work as well with the kids as i do! yayy! and blah blah...so that was a really good booster for me. i just need some feedback every once in a while to know that im doing things right. we went to the pumpkin patch this past weekend and had a really great time! ill be posting some really neat pics :) but yea--i love my job and i love the kids!

ANDDD i miss my love katie kosch!! shes in law school at Pepperdine in CA. i think about you all the time lovely, and im glad you liked my card :) yea, we are the same person. cant wait to see you over thanksgiving!!!!

HALLOWEEN NEXT WEEKEND! we're doing 80s.. yesssss

i think thats all for now :) thanks for having interest in my life and for caring so much! all of this support and encouragement really helps, and since im so busy, its a great way to stay in contact with everyone i really care about.

LOVE YOUUU!!!!!!
