trying to dance in the rain....

....versus trying to get through thunderstorms. one of my fav new quotes. im soo tired these days that i don't even wake up to my alarm anymore. twice last week, my roommate came in my room and woke me up because she heard my alarm going off for a long time and i was late for work. and then last friday, i woke up to my alarm going off and my phone ringing and i was already 20 min late for babysitting. i think i just run my body down soo much during the week and im so exhausted that my body wont let me wake up! soo, today is a bad day. i cried when i woke up this morning--weird! and then had to leave work early because i was on the verge of a meltdown. just lots of papers due, lots of work to be done at the firm, my brain is full of Community Center business, and on top of that, trying to go to class, babysit, see Steven, and sleep. wow..

on a MUCH better note....i went to Steven's cousin's wedding this weekend with him and it was amazing! i knew that it would either be good and fun, or it would be really great and make our relationship really awesome. and it definitely helped us connect at a much deeper level! i loved his family and they loved me, and Steven and i just felt soo close to each other. it was like, we couldn't get close enough! it felt really nice. when he went to work yesterday afternoon, i actually missed him and longed to be with him! weird!!

..its such a good thing for me right now. he's a really good person. he treats me so different from any guy ive liked in the past. its just really good. when i met him, i was not ready for a relationship, and was actually really against one. but this is falling together nicely. im not compromising any of myself for him; hes just a nice supplement. hes going to bob and nancy's with me on the 7th for evan's bday and a lot of my family with be there, and im really excited for my family to meet him bc thats sooo important to me! so yea..all exciting.

but that's just a quick update :) im at the Center supervising a couple teens in the comp lab, haha. check ya lata!
